Kopitiam Saji, MyInvois middleware end-to-end.
A fictional but architecturally accurate F&B chain. Custom POS at four outlets, all running into one BroData middleware, submitting to MyInvois in real time. Every flow on this page exists in a live demo you can click through.
Kopitiam Saji is a fictional client. The dashboard, middleware, and submission flows are real, deployed, and built on the official LHDN MyInvois SDK. We use this as a proof-of-work piece until our first paid pilot publishes their case study.
Four outlets, one POS, zero ability to submit invoices to LHDN.
The kopitiam chain runs a Node-based POS built in-house in 2022. Every outlet shares a central transaction database. Receipts print from cheap thermal printers. Operations is happy. Finance is not.
By July 2026 every B2B invoice and consolidated B2C batch has to be submitted to MyInvois. The POS knows nothing about LHDN. The accountant suggested SQL Account. The owner refused to retrain four outlets on new software for one tax requirement.
Add a middleware, leave the POS alone.
- 01Listen to the POS database for new finalised transactions every 30 seconds.
- 02Transform each transaction into UBL 2.1 with the 55 LHDN fields populated.
- 03Submit to MyInvois async, handle webhook callbacks, retry on transient errors.
- 04Write the LHDN UUID back to the POS transaction row.
- 05Provide a dashboard for finance to see today's submissions, drill into rejections, and reconcile against POS sales.
Seven screens. All clickable on the live demo.

What the middleware actually delivers, in numbers you can verify.
